The Eden Tree team are travelling
down to the Learning Live
2011 Conference and Exhibtion in Birmingham (UK). Ahead of our
journey, we spoke to some of the speakers who are appearing
at the event. Last week we chatted with Craig Taylor about becoming a learning
technologies enthusiast. This week, we're talking to Jane Hart
about 'working and learning smarter'.

Jane Hart: Working and Learning Smarter
Jane Hart is the founder of the Centre for Learning and
Performance Technologies (C4LPT), one of the world's
most visited learning sites. She is also a Principal of the Internet Time Alliance (ITA),
who advocate the concept of working and learning smarter. Jane
talked to Eden Tree about why it's important L&D professionals
embrace the idea of working and learning smarter. She provides some
useful advice on its implementation, including detailing some of
her own learning initiatives.
Jane's Learning Live session, From Managing and
Controlling Learning, to Enabling and Supporting it, takes
place on 14 September at 11:00.
You can find out more about the
communities and initatives that Jane discusses during the interview
by visiting the C4LPT website.
